For all publicly accessible photos, galleries, and content on this website (images visible without a password or payment):
Strict Prohibition: You may not download, capture, distribute, reproduce, or use these images in any way. This includes:

For clients who have purchased a session, paid for images, or have been granted access to a password-protected private gallery:
Unlimited Usage Rights: You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use your photos however you wish.
- Print & Share: You may print unlimited copies (at any lab of your choice), share on social media, creating wedding websites, and send holiday cards.
- Commercial Use: You may use the images for your own business promotion or marketing.
- Modification: You may crop, edit, or filter the images as needed.
Note: While you have full usage rights, Kevin Tavares retains the original copyright for portfolio and accreditation purposes.
3. Limitation of Liability
